Pizza with PDO cheese



    • 250 g flour
    • 150 g Montasio PDO
    • 150 g Fresh Asiago PDO
    • 2 handfuls of grated Mature Asiago PDO
    • 2 handfuls grated Mature Piave PDO
    • 2 eggs
    • 2 cups of whole milk
    • 1 cup of oil
    • 1 sachet of instant yeast for pizzas and focaccia
    • salt to taste


Preparation time: 10 min
Cooking time: 30 min

Beat the eggs with oil and milk, add grated mature cheese and pieces of fresh cheese; add salt; then add the flour and yeast. Pour the mixture in a baking tray covered with baking paper and bake at 180° for half an hour.
